At We Are Knitters, we want you to love your DIY projects; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused kits and yarns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items, including all yarn balls, needles, and patterns, back into their original sustainable packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
